Jase just looked to handsome in his church clothes so I made him pose for a picture.

Santa Came to Cliffton

No amount of wind or ridiculously freezing temperatures were gonna keep Santa from making his annual trip to Cliffton. Jase climbed right up on his lap this year and told him how good of a little boy he was and that the wanted a Spinosaurus for Christmas this year.

Santa even game him some early presents for being such a good boy.

Christmas Door Decor

Jase was very proud of the door decoration he made today.

Our Christmas Tree Debacle

Tonight's Christmas tree decorating festivities didn't turn out quite as we planned...

Things started out good. Jase was enjoying helping Rob put the lights on the tree.

Then...

Catastrophe struck! Our poor little Christmas tree's legs broke and down she went! Jase was so up set. He kept asking, "How is Santa gonna put presents under the tree?"

Just when Jase thought Christmas was ruined I remembered we had a real Christmas tree stand in storage that could close up small enough to hold the fake Christmas tree pole. When Jase saw that we had the tree standing up right again he came and gave me a hug and said, "Mommy, you saved Christmas!"

So, we got back to stringing the lights.

Although we didn't get the decorations up tonight, Jase was very excited to have a lit up Christmas tree standing proud in his living room!

Christmas Countdown

We started December off making a Christmas count down. We used the same pattern as last time, but this time Jase colored it all by himself.
