Santa's Helpers

I can't look at these pictures and not smile!

Rudolph

Rudolph, have you seen my son?

Grandma Alice's Christmas Tree

Grandma Alice wasn't planning on decorating her tree till December 1st, but Jase was so excited to help her she couldn't resist him.

So they set it up and he helped her put on all the decorations.

But once he found the beads....
Grandma was on her own because Jase was having too much fun draping them all over him and dancing around the house.

Patrick's Birthday

Jase had his buddy Patrick's birthday party to go to today at Chick-fil-a. The two of them are just so sweet together. They are very similar: passive, quite, and very polite and well behaved. (I know that is kind of bragging, but hey, he's a pretty good kid!) While they were in the playroom, the Cow came in to visit. Jase hasn't been a fan of the Cow, but today he was jumping up waving his hand trying to get a high-five.

I think he got about ten of them by the time the cow left! Haha!

Jase was checking out Patrick's Toy Story cake.
The two of them were having a very in depth conversation about their balloons.
Thank you Patrick for including us in your special day. We had tons of fun!

Turkey Day!

This years Thanksgiving festivities were much smaller and much quieter than Jase has ever experienced....but very nice. We had a nice dinner with Paw-Paw Jack and Grandma Betty at their place and all the traditional Thanksgiving foods were there! And I think Jase really enjoyed spending some quality time with two of his favorite people.

He was appropriately dressed for the day.

He has been excited to eat turkey for several weeks now and was patiently waiting to be served.

Jase cuddling with Paw-Paw Jack.

With his grandparents.

And as excited as he was about turkey, he was even more excited about pumpkin pie! He was supervising Paw-Paw Jack cut out his slice making sure he didn't leave any behind in the dish. (And I was supervising that monster size piece he was cutting and made him cut off a sliver. LOL)

Pizza Night

The Aquilano's hosted a really awesome Pizza Night Party. It wasn't your usual pizza party. There was no Pizza Hut, Dominos or Ledos. There were no arguments about what to put on the pizzas. Instead, everyone had their own pizza dough and got to make top their very own pizza!
First, you had to roll out your dough
Next, you had to put on the sauce and toppings.

Push-Up John was helping Jase out.

There were so many different toppings to choose from. Here, I am helping Jase put chicken on his pizza.
Here is Jase's pizza is ready to go in the grill.

Jase was watching closely to make sure John did not ruin his pizza when he transferred it to the wooden board for cooking.

The final product! Mmm!!!
After eating, Jase and the girls provided live entertainment for the guests.
Anna and Jase playing a duet.

Ania and Jase playing a duet.
And pizza night didn't end with our individually made pizzas. We had pizza dessert, too! Jase helped Karen make the s'mores pizza on the left. The pizza on the right is an apple strudel pizza.

He loved the s'mores pizza! It was finger lickin' good!

All that good eating and fun wore the kiddos out!
Jase was all cuddled up on the couch with Ania's blanket and bear. He had such a good time he didn't' want to leave. He said, "I'm good right here!"

Music and Entertainment

Not only does he put on concerts for us...

But he has crazy costume change during the middle of the concert.

More Fun in the Leaves

The boys were back at raking again today.

Which meant Jase was back to jumping in the piles again!

Feeding the Farm Animals

We visited the Rodger's farm again, but this time we got to feed the animals. Jase was very hesitant about feeding them and would throw the food in to the fence instead of letting them eat it out of his hand. But Mommy helped him.

Although he still wouldn't feed the big horses, he did feed the goats by hand. I think their small size was little less intimidating.

Jase's Leaf Pile

Since our leaf blower is broken, we have quite the leaf collection in our yard. So Rob and Jase had a huge task ahead of them as they set off the start raking.

They had to rake off the deck before they could even start on the yard.

But Jase doesn't believe in the saying "All work and no play" and raked himself the perfect jumping pile.

And every time he would jump and mess his pile up, he would rake it back into a pretty little pile, and jump in it all over again!
