Prayers

I know I've posted a video of Jase saying his prayers before, but I am just amazed at how well he can say them now by himself. He knew he was being video taped so he was acting up. He usually does even better than this. Gosh, he is growing up so fast!

Crab! Crab! Crab!....

We had our first bushel of crabs today and they were Mmm, Mmm good! Jase had just as much fun playing with the crabs as we did eating them. He also got a special treat with his dinner...hence the chocolate icecream all over his face.

Right after I turned the video off, he started making the crab dance. It was so funny. Here are some pictures, too, of him playing with his crab.

Jase's Green Thumb

Jase was so excited when we told him we were gonna be planting some flowers in our front flower beds. From the moment we told him we were going to Lowes to buy flowers that is all he talked about. Friday evening, he crusied around in his Jimmy Johnson race car shopping cart checking out every plant, shurb and flower we put in the cart.

First thing this morning, we got to work. And Jase was right beside us the whole day helping with everything. He had his own shovels and gloves and got nice and muddy and sweaty showing off his green thumb. He worked right beside Da-Da digging holes for the new plants and was down on his bottom helping Ma-ma plant the Impatients.

He also fell in the plant holes, shoveled mulch out of the flower beds on to the sidewalk, dumped dirt on top of the flowers, and steped on a couple flowers....but he was such a cute little helper, we'll just over look all that! LOL

The Bird Feeder Cont.

After much debate, it was decided that holes needed to be drilled into the sides of the bird house Rob and Jase built. So the men of the family got their tools out and went to work. Side by side, they worked together to complete their master piece.

Bird House

Jase and Rob have been working hard to make the most wonderful bird house in the world. They built it with their own hands out of scrap wood we had laying around and put the finishing touches on it today.

They worked together painting the outside of it:

And Jase even painted pictures inside the house so "the birds can see my paint when they are inside" (Is he not the cutest thing ever):

Ice-Cream

The ice cream truck made it's first appearance of the year and Rob, over excited at seeing it, treated everyone to ice-cream.

Jase showed no mercy on his Spider Man ice-cream. Although I think more ice-cream ended up dripping down his chin and on his clothes than in his mouth. HaHa!

Bubble Videos

It has been raining for so many days now that I have been thinking about building an ark. We have been stuck in the house and Jase is starting to get a little stir crazy (Which is causing mommy to go crazy). I totally took advantage of the break in the rain today and we went outside on the deck and played with his bubbles.

In this first one, he is playing with his "buddles" HaHa!

After watching this next one and hearing all his squealing and screaming you will know why I made sure we got outside during the break in the rain. He definitely needed that time outside!

Nothing makes him laugh like that dog. I remember the first video I took of him he was laughing this same contagious, heart warming, deep from the belly laugh because of the dog. She is definitely his best friend.

In this last video, Jase is making bubbles for Henny. She likes to eat the bubbles! Silly dog! I guess that is the only way she can pop them! Sometimes, Jase will run around trying to eat them, too, like she does. Unfortunately he wasn't doing it today.

Jase got this really cool animal game for Christmas from his Godmother. Although he wouldn't let me film him playing the game on video, he did let me film him showing off a little bit.

The monkey and elephant are my favorite.

Princess Jase...He is Gonna Kill Me

Yes, Jase is gonna kill me when he gets older. I have a lot of the typical embarrassing pictures of him: the naked ones, the ones with his fingers up his nose, the ones with food all over his face...But I think this picture is gonna rank up there as one of the most embarrassing ones. We were at my parents today which means he was surrounded by girl toys (Anna and Sara's). Well, he took a liking to one of Anna's princess crowns. He would even say I want to wear my princess hat and put it on. In this picture it is actually up where it is supposed to go. But most of the time it was down on his forehead resting on his glasses.

Baller

Jase has been playing with his basketball hoop a lot lately and is getting pretty good.

He can dunk the ball.

And he's got game in the paint.
