Jase's 1st Sleep-Over

After our photo session at Sears, we got talked into letting Jase go back home to my parent's house. It was his first time ever spending the night somewhere with out us. And he wasn't gone just one night! He left on Wednesday and we didn't go up there to get him till Friday. He whimpered a little when we first put him in the car, but my brother said he was laughing before they got off our street.

He slept upstairs in my parents room (where Andy and Kristen were sleeping) on the floor with Sonny and Makenzie. Him and Makenzie shared an air mattress. The first night there Makenzie and him were put to bed and stayed up talking for like an hour. So they sent Sonny up to bed to calm the little ones down. Like that was gonna happen! They stayed for another hour just talking to each other.

Andy and them must have brought the warm Georgia weather up with them, cause it was nice enough to put the kiddy pool up. Being the middle of September I didn't even think to pack a swim suit for him, so they let my little boy run around in his underwear!!! He is so cute in his little camo undies!!

They even had a water balloon fight with the girls in the neighborhood, Hannah and Haley.

We all survived it!

Me and Rob didn't call every 5 minutes or end up picking him up early...kudos for us! We even went out on a date while he was gone; which we haven't don't since he's be born! Jase had an absolute blast! He didn't even ask for us once...don't know if I should be proud or sad about that...lol. But it was a great experience for us all!
