Jase's 1st Field Trip

Jase and his classmates went on their very first field trip today to....
Bowles Farm! LOL
Yes! I know we were just there, but when they sent the field trip notice home it said they were going to the pumpkin patch so we didn't think it was going to Bowles Farm. But it was still a very exciting trip.
For one, Jase rode on a real school bus for the very first time!

Climbing up the steps of the bus.

Sitting in his seat.

Me and Jase riding down the road on the bus.

Two, he decided that he was brave enough to, not only go down the slide in the mini maze, but to assist all his classmates up the hay steps that took you to the top of the slide and to go through the hay tunnel.

Three, he had a picnic lunch with his little school friends.

Four, he got to go to the pumpkin field and pick out a pumpkin.

At first he wanted a BIG pumpkin. But he couldn't pick it up, so he hunted for a pumpkin that was more his size.

This one was still too big, but it was perfect for sitting on and rolling back and forth.

He found another one that he like, but was he able to pick it up?

YES!!! We found a keeper!

Then, he had to help Daddy pick out his pumpkin. Jase insisted that Daddy find a square pumpkin like the one in the TV Halloween special called "Spookly." We didn't find a square one, but this one was very close to being rectangular.

Me and Rob were both so happy to be able to go with Jase on his very first field trip. We really had a great time and it was very cute seeing him interact with his little friends.

Here's just one more cute picture of him playing in the corn box right before we headed back to the buses.

And the ride home on the bus was just as exciting for him and the ride there.
Getting off the bus back at the school.
