Our Weekend in Winston-Salem, NC

This weekend the entire Hatcher clan headed to Winston-Salem to cheer on Sonny and the rest of the Cherokee Impact in their regional soccer tournament.

Saturday morning was a hot and hazy one when we got up to head to Aunt Kristen's aunt's place to meet up with Uncle Bubba, Aunt Kristen and the kids.

Makenzie road with Jase to the soccer field.

Drinking a nice icy beverage while he watches his cousin's team dominate the game.

Sharing his Pretzel M&Ms with Grandma Betty.

After a Cherokee Impact victory, we all headed back to the hotel to watch the USA World Cup game, eat pizza and go swimming.

Jase and Rob cooling off in the water.

Playing soccer in the pool.

Then we all headed to Chili's for dinner.

The grand kids outside the restaurant while we were waiting for our table.

Playing with Uncle Bubba in the restaurant.

The whole family outside of Chili's for a photo before we called it a night.

Makenzie came back to the hotel with us so she could spend the night with Jase. How sweet are these two sleepy heads?

Sunday morning was game 2 of the tournament.

Jase back on the sidelines cheering on his favorite soccer player.

We headed home after this game. Unfortunately they lost this game, but they ended up coming in second for the whole tournament. And we had a great time visiting with everyone!
