When on our way home from our play date in Virginia, Jase started asking questions about the full moon in the sky. Here is how our conversation went:
Jase: How come the sun is in the sky but it is dark out?
Me: That's not the sun,that's the moon.
Jase: That's not the moon! The moon is like a banana!
Me: Sometimes the moon is like the sun. Sometimes it is like a banana. And sometimes there is no moon at all!
Jase: No moon!!! Does the monkey on the moon eat the banana moon?
The conversation ended here. I was laughing too hard to try to explain any further. LOL
