This summer we took a long weekend get-away to Ocean City, MD. Jase hadn't been to the beach since he was 10 mo. old so this was a very exciting trip for him. We got there right at our check-in time, unpacked the car, and headed straight for the beach! Jase immediately started digging in the sand. It was the biggest sand box he could ever imagine!
Rob and Jase worked diligently building a sand castle. They worked together filling the buckets up with sand. Rob made the towers, and Jase smoothed them out. Then, Jase figured out that it was much more fun to demolish the castle. He stomped on all the towers and then drowned the city in water.
Then we went to cool off in the water.
He wasn't to sure about it. But he wanted more water in his bucket and we told him he had to get it himself. The waves were a little rough and the water a little cold, though, and he didn't like it too much.
So, he just spend the rest of the day playing in the sand while I chased after him with the camera. Ha Ha!
